Before you order

How does the sizing work?

Every cap is one adjustable size. The strap at the back opens and closes across roughly 21.5" to 23.5" (55–60 cm), which covers most adult head sizes. If you normally wear a cap on its loosest setting, ours will still fit.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same working day, and everything else goes out within 48 hours. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

How long does delivery take?

Standard US delivery usually lands in 5–9 working days after dispatch. Remote addresses can take a little longer. Tracking updates every step of the way.

Can I return a cap?

Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn and with tags on, for a full refund. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation and we will send instructions.

Are the caps washable?

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and reshape while damp. Skip the machine and the dryer — heat is what warps a brim.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We are US-only for now so we can keep delivery times short and returns simple.
